Tidy connects users with the best housecleaners in their area. Tidy seeks to carve out its own place in the market with upfront pricing and consistently good service.
To begin this project I conducted a competitive evaluation. I looked at a range of competitors from franchise based operations like Merry Maids, to established startups like Homejoy. I found that while these companies have seen a lot of success, they struggle to consistently deliver a great customer experience. From here I began my first draft of requirements for Tidy and did some initial market research which used to create personas. With an idea of who the customers may be in place I created user journeys, and revised my requirements as I came across new ideas.
I'm currently working on the first draft of my annotated wireframes. Once these are complete I will be coding and testing a prototype using ionic. I created a style tile for Tidy, and will be using this to guide the visual design of my prototype.
